Mother went home to be with our Lord on July 19th, 2012 after struggling with declining health and finally cancer. She passed with grace, dignity and saving faith.

Elizabeth was born April 26, 1926 in Marinette, WI to Alma and Alfred Giese at the Marinette, WI hospital. After graduation from High School, she worked for a time in Milwaukee but her greatest work was as a nursing assistant in various nursing homes from the 1960’s through to 1990. She also worked as a dental assistant in Pulaski and later in home care for the elderly and handicapped. Mom also loved animals with a passion. Mother was a loving soul.

She is survived by her sons, Wayne (Mary Kay) Denis with their daughter Anne Marie (Joseph) Winslow and their children, Chris Winslow, Jade (Richard) Gillis and Chance Winslow; their daughter, Christi Lynn (Paul) Reed with their daughters, Kaitlyn and Sarah ; Dale (Jeanette) Denis with their daughter and her children, Paula Kay (Michael) Arispe and their children Vincent, Alyssa and Mikalya; Michael Denis; Marc (Joan) Denis with their children, Andrew and Sarah; her brothers Robert (Kaye) Giese, Dale (Arlene) Giese; her sisters Mary Lou Banta and Alberta Golueke. Further survived by numerous nieces, nephews and her two dogs, Hans and Fritz.

Elizabeth was preceded in death by her parents, Alma and Alfred Giese; her sister, Henrietta Pritchard; brother, Alvin (Doris) Giese; two brothers-in-law, Robert Banta and Nickolaus Golueke.
