Elaine D. Schrank, 55, Green Bay, passed away at home after a long, hard battle with cancer on Sunday, Feb. 5, 2012. She was born in Green Bay, WI on Oct. 5, 1956 to the late Floyd and Marie (Hendricks) DeWitt. Elaine married Dennis M. Schrank on July 12, 1997 in Green Bay. She recently retired after 25 years with Wisconsin Plastics Inc. Elaine was an avid gardener who also liked to bake, crochet, read and spend time with her cats Caitlin, Toby and Corky. She enjoyed water aerobics at the CP Center and was happily married to her soul mate Dennis for the last 15 years.
Survivors include her husband, Dennis; sister, Doreen Roberts; brothers, Dan (Sheila) DeWitt; Dustin (Amy) DeWitt; Doug (Krystal) DeWitt; sisters-in-law, Sue (Steve) Miller; Bonnie Schrank; brother-in-law, Steve Schrank; nieces and nephews, Cassie, Jeremy, April, Joshua, Jennifer, Eric, Brandon, Spenser, Chloe, Stephanie; great nephew, Issac; grandmother, Alice Cayemberg.
Elaine was preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Donna Fahey; Denise and Dawn DeWitt; in-laws, Martin and Gloria Schrank.
