Hobart – Alice M. (Race) Piontek, 93, passed into the hands of our Lord on December 30, 2020. She was born June 5, 1927, one of six children of John and Louise (Meister) Race. On June 3 ^rd , 1947, she was united in marriage to Ervin E. Piontek. They raised two children, Carol and Ervin Jr. She settled in Suamico with her husband Ervin and started their business, Piontek's Janitorial Service. In 2018, she moved to an apartment at Emerald Bay Assisted Living. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and great-great-grandmother. She will be remembered for her fairness and compassion. She loved painting lawn ornaments, gardening, and outside barbecues with family and friends.

Alice is survived by her children, Carol (Tom) Larock, Ervin (Diana) Piontek; grandchildren, Sherry Ackerman, Shellie Vanlieshout; great-grandchildren, Crystal Ackerman, Mariah Ackerman, Sawyer Vanlieshout; and great-great-grandchild, Jack Hampton.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Ervin, two brothers and three sisters.
