Barbara Ann Arnoldi, 75, passed away peacefully at her home with family by her side on Sunday, January 24, 2021. She was born on January 29, 1945 in Green Bay, WI to the late Bernard and Isebel (Tilkens) Rukamp. She married Carl Arnoldi in Green Bay on July 4, 1964.

Barb was a kind, giving person with a big heart and lots of love for everyone. She also loved to read, paint ceramics, having campfires and wine. Often she would learn new crafts with family and she made many memories with them. She had a contagious laugh and always could make people smile and laugh along with her. She was a jovial person who shared her warm spirit with everyone who knew her. She was proud that she graduated with a Criminal Justice Police Science Associate degree and Real Estate Certificate. Barb did what she had to do but she also did what she wanted to do.

She is survived by her husband of 56 years, Carl; children, Tom (Melissa) Arnoldi, Julie Arnoldi, Lisa (Todd) Lamal; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; siblings, Robert Rukamp, Karen Hobbins, Micki Hammer. Further survived by in-laws.

Barb was preceded in death by her parents, one infant brother, one grandson, 2 brothers-in-law and one sister-in-law.

A Celebration of Life will be held at Pfotenhauer Funeral Home, 1145 Cardinal Lane, Green Bay, on her birthday, January 29 ^th from 4-6:00 p.m. An immediate family only service will follow at 6:00.
