Barbara Ann (Kegley) Justice, age 63, passed away on Tuesday, May 2, 2017, surrounded by family, after a long illness. She was born to Floyd and Claire Kegley in Princeton, WV on July 23, 1953. She was the youngest of 10 children. She graduated from Matoaka High School and went on to get a degree in Secretary and Legal Aid. She was a house wife and mother for 14 years then raised 2 children on her own. In 1990, she moved to Neenah, WI with her children.

Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Claire; brothers, John, Randy and Gene; sisters, Shelia and Nancy.

Barbara is survived by her 2 children, Camron (Tamra) and Nichole; 5 grandchildren; brothers, Ralph (Ellen) Kegley and Pete Kegley; two sisters, Juanita (Ralph) Walker and Mary (Joe) Patrick; her sister of the heart, Sandra Peters; many nieces and nephews.
