Billy J. Lemerond, 70, passed away peacefully with family by his side on August 19, 2026. He was born on September 3, 1955, to the late Leroy and June Lemerond. A 1972 graduate of Bay Port High School, Billy dedicated over 40 years to his craft as a skilled drywall finisher with H.J. Martin and Son and was a proud member of the North Central States Regional Council of Carpenters.

Billy was known for his quick wit, infectious sense of humor, and generous spirit. To know Billy was to love him—if you met him as a stranger, he was your best friend by the end of the night. He had a deep love for his family and friends and was happiest spending time outdoors, fishing, shooting pool, and playing a round of bar dice. Billy was a Green Bay Legend and will be greatly missed.

Billy is survived by his daughter, Carri Lea (Victor) and son, Will; his favorite granddaughter, Yesenia Karina; his siblings, Diane (Rick), David, Jimmy, John (Carol), Pam (Bill), Faye (Bo), Tommy, Danny, Terry Joe, and Rodney; as well as his special friend, Rose, and many extended family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Leroy and June Lemerond, and his siblings, Steven, Timmy, Judy, and Mary Ann.

The family extends their heartfelt gratitude to Unity Hospice for their compassionate care and support.

Visitation will be held Saturday, August 22 from 2:00 - 6:00 PM at Pfotenhauer Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Howard-Suamico location, 1145 Cardinal Lane. There will be no formal funeral service at this time, however, a Celebration of Life will follow at a later date.
