Carl A. Johnson, 72 of Green Bay, passed away on September 9, 2023, with family by his side. He was born on July 11, 1951, to the late Homer and Elaine (Nellis) Johnson. Carl married Pat Tebon on February 20, 1971.

Carl graduated from Preble High School in 1969. He served in the Army National Guard for 7 years. After working at Procter & Gamble for 28 years, he enjoyed early retirement at the age of 46. In his retirement, he was able to work on cars and spend time with his family, whom he was extremely proud of. He was especially fond of his fur baby, Angel. Carl had an excellent sense of humor, always telling jokes. He was always ready for a cold beer or a good Old Fashioned.

Carl is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years, Pat; son, Ryan and Shanie Johnson and their sons, Cole and Keegan Johnson; daughter, Melanie and Jim Collins; brother, Duane and Kim Johnson; sister, Cheryl and Rick Verkuilen; brothers and sisters-in-law, Wayne and Diane Tebon, Donna Tebon, Nolan and Pat Tebon, Rolan and Marcy Tebon; and many more nieces and nephews.

He is preceded by his parents; sister, Nancy Johnson; and brother-in-law, Dwayne Tebon.

Viewing and visitation will be held Thursday, September 14, 3:00 pm – 6:00 PM, at Pfotenhauer Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 2379 E Mason Street. A prayer service will follow at 6:00 PM.
