Chuck (Charles Frederick) Horn, 69, Hobart, passed away peacefully with his loving family at his side after his courageous battle with ALS for the past two plus years. He was born on March 29, 1949 in Green Bay to the late Fred and Helen (Kowalkoski) Horn. He graduated from Bay Port High School in 1967 and joined the U.S.M.C. After his discharge from service, he was employed at Procter and Gamble until 1997.
On May 24, 1969, he married Lynn (Lynda) Johnson. The couple made their home in the Green Bay area until 1998 when they moved to the Cisco Chain in the beautiful northwoods to fulfill their dream of living on a lake. While living here he spent time in the woods, on the lake, golfing, woodcarving and just being with family and friends enjoying life to the fullest.
Survivors include his wife, Lynn; his son Steven (Cory) Horn and their children Garret and Payton; his daughter Nichole (Kenny) Ansel and their children Blayd, Kiana and Zander.
