Darlene Huben, 87, passed away on November 5, 2026.

She was born March 8,1939, to the late Harold & Dorothy (Cumps) Devroy. Darlene married Melvin Huben on September 26, 1959, at St. Benedict Catholic Church in Suamico.

She enjoyed playing cards & bingo and working in her huge garden. She also enjoyed dancing to Polka music & playing the drums with her husband Melvin, who played the accordion.

Darlene is survived by her daughter, Kay (Brian) Hilligoss and her son, Tom Huben; sisters-in-law, Dorothy, Shirley, and Diane Huben. She is further survived by many nieces & nephews and additional relatives. In addition to her parents and husband, she is preceded in death by her father & mother-in-law, John & Viola Huben, sister & brother in-law, Marilyn and Ken Jessogne, sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Delores and Raymond Cumps, and brothers-in-law, Richard, Alvin, and Larry Huben.

Visitation will be held on Friday, November 13 from 1:00 – 3:00 PM at Pfotenhauer Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Howard-Suamico location, 1145 Cardinal Lane. A service will immediately follow at 3:00 PM.
