Obituary

Darlene E. Williams, 80, went home to heaven on Saturday, June 3, 2023. She was a loving daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.

She had many occupations over the years, factory worker, bank teller, receptionist, bookkeeper, insurance administrator, and bridal seamstress. She had a passion for sewing and quilting, loved cooking and baking, enjoyed gardening and watching the Packers and the Brewers.  She was a faithful attender at Bay City Baptist Church and daily listener of WRVM. But most of all, she was devoted, and always available to her children and grandchildren.

Darlene is survived by her three children, Hope (Rob) Hangen, Kevin (Kathy) Fugate, Mike Fugate; her grandchildren, Elizabeth (Jon) McKinney, Garrett (Jen) Hangen, Samuel Hangen, William Hangen, Ashley Fugate, Olivia Fugate, Aaron Fugate, Jacob Fugate, Joshua Fugate, Faith Fugate; and, her great grandchildren, Everleigh McKinney and Gavin Hangen.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her siblings, her husband, Bernard, and three great grandchildren.

A visitation will be held on Friday, June 9, from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM at Fort Howard Memorial Park Chapel, 1350 N Military Ave, with a funeral service and burial to follow at 2:00 PM.
