David John Agamaite, 85, passed away peacefully on 3/30/2026. David was born August 15, 1940, and was the son of the late Gordon and Gertrude Agamaite. David was a graduate of Green Bay East High School. David married the former Nancy Greenlan on February 11, 1961, and they had three children.

David proudly served in the US Army and US Army Reserves for over 20 years. He retired as a First Sargent. During his civilian career, he was a construction manager for Selmer Company and Boldt Construction and then in maintenance for Bay Park Square mall. David enjoyed growing up on the shores of Green Bay in Suamico. He loved fishing, water skiing and ice skating on the bay. He spent many hunting seasons up north at the deer camp in Florence with friends and family. David and his wife Nancy were devoted foster parents and hosted several foreign exchange students over the years.

David is survived by his children, Wendy Conway (Mark), Mark Agamaite (Rebecca) and Daniel Agamaite (Julie), his grandchildren Marie, Michael, Michelle, Jena, Christian, Bethany, Holly, Josiah and Julianna and 15 great great children.

David was proceeded in death by his loving wife Nancy Agamaite, his parents Gordon and Gertrude Agamaite, his sister Diane Peters and grandson Jathaniel Agamaite.

The family would like to extend special thanks to the staff of Wyndemere Assisted Living, Danielle from Compassus Hospice.

A visitation for will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2026, at Pfotenhauer Funeral Home, 1145 Cardinal Lane, from 10:00am to 12:00pm with a service to follow.
