David Edward Degeneffe, 54, Howard, passed away at home on Sunday, March 27, 2016. He was born in Green Bay on August 5, 1961 to Edward and the late Romona (Holl) Degeneffe. David had a degree in architecture drawing/drafting. He was a very loving, open and funny person who treated you like he knew you forever. He enjoyed fishing, building and drafting. His favorite line was "gas on".

Survivors include his two daughters, Melinda (John Weslowski) and Meghan and a soon to be grandchild; son, Michael Szprejda; father, Edward Degeneffe; brothers, Dan, Don and Dominic and Dan Carney; his children's mother, Laura Szprejda and grandmother, Barb Szprejda; many other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Romona Degeneffe; father-in-law, Jack Szprejda; best friend and brother-in-law, Scott Szprejda; and best friend, Dale Pecha.
