Denis Lawrence Raleigh, 68, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, August 23, 2015. He was born on December 6, 1946, to Lawrence and Ione (Cornell) Raleigh in Green Bay. Denis attended St. Philips grade school and Preble High School. Denis met his wife, Rhonda (Aplin), and married on November 1, 1969, at Peace United Church of Christ in Brillion. In 2005, he was employed with Seneca Foods in Gillett until his retirement in 2010. His life touched many different people during his career. He continued to keep in touch with many of his colleagues and meet for lunch. Denis loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, and camping with his family and friends. He especially loved spending time with his wife and family at their cabin. Some of his happiest days were spent on the lake fishing or the woods with his wife and children, and later grandchildren. Denis loved to reminisce with his siblings about their hunting and childhood adventures. In his retirement, Denis loved attending his grandchildren's sporting events, and was always helping out and spending time with them.
