Diane Ruth (Schley) Wesoloski, 79, of Green Bay, WI was called to her heavenly home the morning of January 12, 2026. She was born on February 9, 1946, in Manitowoc, WI to the late Lester and Elda (Nell) Schley. On January 17, 1970, Diane was united in marriage to Ronald Wesoloski. Diane devoted her life to her family and home, creating a warm and welcoming space for all who entered.
A proud mother of four, Diane cherished her role as a homemaker, finding joy in caring for her family and nurturing traditions that will live on for generations. She had a deep love for reading, often losing herself in the pages of a good book, and delighted in shopping trips that brought her simple happiness. Diane also loved traveling, exploring new places and creating unforgettable memories along the way.
Her kindness, gentle spirit, and unwavering love will be remembered by her children, her grandchildren, and all who were fortunate to know her. She leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and cherished memories.
Diane is survived by her children, Lisa (Joe) Korban, Brian (Sarah) Wesoloski, Brett (Jenny) Wesoloski, and Carrie (Mike) Nikson; grandchildren, Hannah, Jenna, Emily, Nathan, Evan, Tyler, and Casey; brothers Gary (Pat) Schley, Steve Schley, Mark (Nona) Schley; brother-in-law Gary (Debbie) Wesoloski; and sister-in-law Nancy (Bryan) Winter.
Diane is preceded in death by her husband, Ron Wesoloski; and parents, Lester and Elda Schley.
The family extends their deepest gratitude to Unity Hospice and Woodside Lutheran Home for the compassionate and dignified care provided to Diane during her final days. The kindness, patience, and comfort shown by the staff brought peace not only to Diane, but to the family as well.
A visitation will be held on Friday, January 16, at Bethel Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1350 Bond Street, Green Bay, from 11:00 AM -1:00 PM. A service of Christian Burial will immediately follow at 1 pm. Diane will be laid to rest at Ft Howard Cemetery.
