Our sweet father, grandfather, husband and friend, Donald John Kryshak, born June 17, 1933 passed away peacefully July 21, 2018 from natural causes.

Donald was the third son of Thaddeus and Wanda Kryshak. After studying the Catholic Seminary and serving in the Army during the Korean war, Donald pursued a career in printing. Soon after he fell in love with the love of his life, Grace MaryAnn Trantow. They were married in September 1958. They had three children; Kirk, Cyndee, and Sandra.

Don worked as a printer first at Hein Printing in Wisconsin Rapids. Later he opened his own print shop Affordable Printing in his home where he worked until he retired.

In 1978 Don and his family joined The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. Don quickly became active serving  the Lord and his community. Don held several positions in the church. He loved The Lord and His Son, our Savior, Jesus Christ with everything he had. Being close to the Savior greatly blessed his life. He shared his beliefs with any and all who would listen.

Don was a long time member of the Grand Rapids Lions Club where he received the Melvin Jones Fellow award for dedicated humanitarian services. He enjoyed spending time with his family, deer-hunting and doting on his wife.

After Grace's passing Don met a wonderful  lady, Susan Robertson, who became an amazing wife and mother to his children. Sue brought much joy, happiness and adventure to his life. Don took in her nine children and 48 grandchildren, 30 great- grandchild as his own. The family may be considered by many as two families; however Don and Sue call them all their own.

Don and Sue served a local church mission for 12 months after retiring. He enjoyed meeting new people and sharing his love of the Lord and Savior.

Don was preceded in death by his parents, eldest brother James Kryshak, wife Grace, and daughter Tina.

He is survived by his wife, Sue, children Kirk, Cyndee Alverson, Sandra (Kyle) Braithwaite, son-in-law Kurt (Lori) Hoffman, Sarah (Cory) Heins, Adam (Ruth) Robertson, Paul (Lisa) Robertson, Jared (Ruth) Robertson, David (Sara) Robertson, Seth (Stephanie) Robertson, Hannah (Karter) Kimball and Michael (Amber) Robertson. And Sister-in-law Angeline (James) Kryshak, Thaddeus (Nancy) Kryshak, Thomas (Nancy) Kryshak, and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may call at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, 651 Pinehurst Ave., Green Bay, WI on Thursday, July 26, 2018 from 9:30 until 11:00 a.m. Funeral Service 11:00 a.m. with Military Honors  and then luncheon to follow.
