Eric Scott VanCampenhout passed away unexpectedly on 10/27/2022. Eric worked as a flooring installation specialist at Macco's Flooring and was a proud member of the Bricklayers & Allied Craftworkers Union.

He enjoyed hunting, listening to music, caring for his yard, and spending time with Alex and his granddaughters, Octavia & Hazel. Eric had a great sense of humor and will be remembered by his ability to recite movie quotes from memory including lines from Jaws, Star Wars, Goodfellas, and Top Gun. He also had a passion for Corvettes and enjoyed going to and participating in classic car shows.

He cared deeply for his family and enjoyed companionship from many family dogs that have crossed the rainbow bridge.

Eric was survived by his son Alex VanCampenhout (Sam Berg); his wife Denise; her children Rachel (Weston) Holsten, Tyler (Heather) Bartels; four grandchildren, Octavia and Hazel Holsten, Austin and Amelia Bartels; sister Wendy (Keith) Kroening; brother he never had Jerry Loch; former wife Karen; nieces, nephews, great nephews, and cousins.

Waiting for Eric in heaven are his parents Nancy and Robert VanCampenhout; sisters Lynn Chambers and Vicky Delfeld; aunt Mary Kay Simons; and his favorite musician, Eddy Van Halen.
