Eugene “Gene” Roskam, 79 of Howard, passed away peacefully on September 6, 2026, with family by his side. He was born on September 23, 1946, to the late Felix and Irene Roskam. He was a train collector, a collie dog lover, car enthusiast, and loved to travel Wisconsin.

Gene is survived by his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, John (Nancy) Kadow; niece, Carrie Knapp; nephews, Jake (Autumn) Kadow and Luke (Emily) Kadow; great niece, Kayla Knapp (special friend, Jesse); great nephews, Clinton & Jackson Kadow and Walker & Warren Kadow and beloved collie, Ellie Anna.

He is preceded in death by his loving wife, Theresa Roskam; parents; sister, Karen (Larry) Boyd; niece, Vicky Lasch; nephew, Brad Lasch and parents-in-law, James and Margaret Kadow.

Per Gene’s wishes, private family services will be held.
