Gerald "Jerry" Howard Francart, 84, passed away on January 19, 2023. He was born to the late Theodore and Margaret Francart on January 8, 1939 in Green Bay, WI. From 1962 – 1968, Jerry served in the United States Army and was stationed in Fort Knox, KY.

After his service, Jerry worked for many years at Fort Howard Steel Company and was also a member of Boilermaker Local 177. He could be found mowing his lawn, taking long rides in his truck, or coffee clutching for many years at Wayne's Diner. He was very involved in local politics and attended every meeting. Jerry also cherished his time with his family.

Jerry is survived by his sons, Dale Francart, Dean Francart, Warren (Jackie Luedtke) Francart, and Preston Francart; daughter, Sarah (Jesse) Stamps; granddaughters, Chelsie (Eric) Wendricks and Fia Stamps; great-grandchildren, Winter, Lochlyn, and Rhys Wendricks; sister, Susen "Susie" and Robert "Bob" Theeke; and all his nieces and nephews and friend's at Wayne's diner.

He is preceded in death by his parents; siblings, Delores (Herbert "Jim") Brown, Theodore II "Teddy Bear" Francart, Eugene Francart, Irma Chandler, Earl Sr. "Butch" Francart, and Francis Francart.

A memorial gathering will take place on Saturday, January 28, at Pfotenhauer Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Howard-Suamico, 1145 Cardinal Lane, from 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM. A memorial service will immediately follow at 1:00 PM. Gerald's services will be at the same time and place as Janice Francart. Although no longer married, they and their family remained close and Gerald and Janice unfortunately passed within days of each other.
