Gerald D. Snyder Jr. (Jerry), age 48 of Green Bay passed away unexpectedly Friday, November 27 ^th , 2020 at Bellin Hospital. Jerry was the son of Gerald D. Snyder Sr. and Betty J. (Dupree) Snyder. He was born in Illinois and was a 1990 graduate of Oconto Falls High School.

Jerry was a people person and it really showed with his love of customer service work. His very patient ways has helped him be successful to work with the drivers at Schneider. He ended every call with "Be Safe Out There".

Jerry married Missy Scott August 9th, 2008 in Sobieski, WI. He is survived by Missy and their two daughters, Ruby and Reagan Snyder. The family has 2 kittens, Frostbite and Stargazer. Jerry had a special bond with the furbabies. Jerry is further survived by his mom, Betty Snyder of Green Bay; mother-in-law, Karen Scott of Howard; sister and brother-in-law, Sarah and Jeff Leclair of Green Bay; nephew Bennett Leclair and his niece Lillian Leclair. He also has a childhood friend, Christopher Coshenet of Maine.

He is preceded in death by his father, Gerald Snyder Sr. and his father-in-law Gary Scott.

Jerry loved his daughters so much and really enjoyed seeing them happy. He enjoyed looking for deals, whether it was grocery shopping or looking for fun hotels. He loved taking road trips to different casinos. He really loved being a cat dad!  His love for cooking was rubbing off on Reagan. They cooked together all the time.

Family and friends may call at Pfotenhauer Funeral Home, 1145 Cardinal Lane, Green Bay on Saturday, December 5th, 2020 from 10-11:00 a.m. A service will follow at 11:00 a.m. for family only with Chaplain Steve Fewell officiating.  Because of the COVID situation, please wear masks and practice social distancing.
