Hanna Potapivna Tkachuk, 80, passed away on June 15, 2025, with family by her side. She was born on March 1, 1945, to Potap Uhymovych and Yevdokia Yakivna Kushnirchuk in Ukraine. After graduating from Rudnyky Middle School she worked as a milkmaid on a local collective farm. In the Fall of 1965, Hanna got married to Fedir Tkachuk. After the couple built their house in the village of Hraddya, Hanna worked in forestry and raised their two sons and four daughters. Hanna was a member of a Baptist Church, at first in the village of Rudnyky and later in the village of Roznychi. She loved the Lord with her whole heart and served Him with her life.
Hanna is survived by her sons Serhiy and Oleksandr and her daughters Valentyna, Svitlana, Oksana, and Larysa; grandchildren Julia, Alina, Venya, Natalia, Andriy, Pavlo, Lilia, Anya, Taras, Victoria, Lusia, Mariana, Khrystyna, Ustyna, Nazar, Anita, Anastasia, Lubomyr, Tiana, Olivia, and Mila; grand grandchildren Milana, Jason, Evelyn, Stella, Tina, Orest, Zlata, Olivia, Eliana, Melissa, and Esmae. Hanna loved her family so much and she will be incredibly missed. She is preceded in death by her husband Fedir, her parents Potap Uhymovych and Yevdokia Yakivna, and her siblings Oleksandra, Zinoviy, Maria, Ivan, and Petro.
A visitation will be held on Friday, June 20 from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM at Highland Crest Baptist Church, 1830 S Military Ave, Green Bay, 54304, with a service to immediately follow.
