James England, 88, formerly from Marinette, passed away at their Howard home on Saturday, July 11, 2020. He was born in Menominee, MI on June 9, 1932 to the late John and Katherine (Davis) England. He graduated from Marinette High School and married Marlene Gehler on Oct. 30, 1954 in Peshtigo, WI. He was employed at Badger Paper Mill and later worked at Walmart in Marinette assembling bicycles. He volunteered at Bay Area Hospital and was an active member of Pioneer Presbyterian Church of Marinette. He loved tinkering with his Model T's and touring with the local Model T Club. He also enjoyed traveling and being with his family.

Survivors include his wife of 65 years Marlene; children, Jill (David) Fritz; Jeff (Lorri Kieff) England; John (Kellie) England; grandchildren, Andrew Fritz, Ryan (Sara) Fritz, Marie (Nick) Ott, Adam England, Olivia England; great-grandchildren, Lexi Fritz, Lukas Fritz and Emilee Ott.

James was preceded in death by his parents and brother William England.
