Jay Milton, 57, Green Bay, passed away peacefully in Madison on Sunday morning, September 11, 2016. He was born on March 6, 1959 to the late Harold and Joan (Viegut) Milton Jr. Jay married Kathy Pakanich on Sept. 27, 1978 at St. Francis Xavier Cathedral. He was noted as one of Green Bay's finest contractors for over 25 years and was an avid Packers fan. Jay enjoyed scuba diving at St. Croix, USVI with his family and friends. He will be remembered for always putting everyone first before himself. His family hopes he is enjoying some Shepard's Delight in heaven.

Survivors include his wife, Kathy; children, Cayden, Milwaukee; Camden, Los Angeles; Callie, Green Bay; grandson, Oakley Jay; two sisters, Sandy (Larry) Kiefer; Randee (Dave) Lemerond; brothers, Terry Milton; Bart (Heather) Milton; Marty (Lisa) Milton.

Jay was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Steve Milton; sister, Penny Fischer.

Family and friends may call at the Pfotenhauer Funeral Home & Cremation Service, East-Town location, 2379 East Mason St., on Monday, Sept. 26, 2016 from 4 until 7:30 p.m. Prayer service 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Visitation continues on Tuesday at St. Francis Xavier Cathedral, 139 S. Madison St., Green Bay from 10 until 11:00 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 a.m. with Father Dennis Ryan officiating.
