Jeanette Ann (Duren) Michael passed away Sunday, June 16, 2024, in Green Bay, WI. She was born on February 3, 1932, on a farm in Cazenovia, WI to the late Jacob and Clara Duren. She was preceded in death by her husband Gerald A. Michael, brothers Donald Duren, Joseph Duren, Martin "Dean" Duren, Raymond Duren, Jerome Duren, Paul Duren and sister Janice (Duren) Braun.

She is survived by her four children, Deborah Stoffregen, Richard (Laure) Michael, Patricia (Gerald) Van Camp and Stephen (Lynette) Michael. She has nine grandchildren: Crystal (Kent) Pettet, Pamela (Bryan) Stoffregen-Gay, Daniel Liska, April (Nicholas) Verstoppen, Wade (Tiffany Jow) Michael, Jacob (Marie) Van Camp, Jesse (Joseph) Pierron, Remington (Kasie) Greely, Makenzie Michael. She has eleven great-grandchildren: Isabelle Verstoppen, Devin Liska, Kaitlynn Pettet, Natalie Gay, Keith Pettet, Emma Verstoppen, Sienna Liska, Kadon Pettet, Jackson Van Camp, Ashton Greely and Emmy Pierron.

Jeanette and her husband Gerry lived in many areas of Wisconsin during their lifetimes, including Cazenovia, Milwaukee, Oshkosh, Omro, finally settling in Green Bay. Jeanette worked many part-time jobs over the years – a dentist office, bridal store, women's clothing store and even ran her own cleaning business. She loved to laugh and have a good time. She was a wonderful mother, but she really loved being a grandma and great-grandma.

A visitation will be held on Friday, June 21, from 9:30 - 11:00 AM with a service to follow at Pfotenhauer Funeral Home & Cremation Services, East Town location, 2379 E. Mason Street.
