Jerry E.
Devleeschower
Jan 18, 1942 — May 4, 2025
Jerry E. DeVleeschower of Howard, 83, passed away peacefully on May 4th, 2025. He was born in Green Bay on January 18th, 1942, to the late Earl and Ida (Perrigue) DeVleeschower. He graduated from Premontre High School in Green Bay. He proudly served his country in the Army during the Vietnam War. After Jerry returned home, he worked at Tape Inc. for 40 years. During retirement he spent time with family, vacationing, manicuring the perfect lawn and was always there with a helping hand for anyone that needed it.
A true jokester at heart, he was always making people laugh. Jerry always believed in being kind to others. He took great pride in everything he did. He was loved by everyone including neighbors and co-workers.
He is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Diane; children Jerry DeVleeschower and Lisa (Nick) Pileggi; sisters, Bunny Matthews, Judy Benson and Joan Gregorich; a huge extended family of Lorbetske's, DeVleeschower's and Kotarski's along with many nieces, nephews, grand nieces, grand nephews and other relatives.
Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Ida; his siblings, Janet Delmarcell, Joyce DeVleeschower and James DeVleeschower.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date. He asks that you "Just do something nice for someone!"
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Unity Hospice and the staff on the 7th Floor at Bellin Hospital for all the care they gave to Jerry and his family.
