JoAnn Bernice Tucker born November 20, 1955, to Arthur & Blanch Tucker in Victorville, California. She passed peacefully surrounded by family and loved ones on December 13, 2024, after an unexpected diagnosis of Cancer.

She was one of triplets, raised by hard working parents. She was the only child to graduate from High school. She graduated from Oceanside Union High School June 12, 1969. She continued her education through Atlantic Airline School graduating 1974 and then received a Dietary Manager License in 2002.

She married Lawrence V. Drossart Sr. in Camp Pendleton, Sept 25, 1976. Moving around the United States through his service in the US Marine Corps. They had three children together: Virginia (Jenny) Duran (Manhattan, KS), Lisa M. Baker (Hearne, TX), and Lawrence V. Drossart Jr. (Wisconsin Dells, WI). They were divorced in 2001.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Blanch (Stein) & Aurthur Tucker Sr.; Siblings: Arthur Tucker Jr, Sandra Ann Oliver, Donald Lee Tucker, Joyce Marie Tucker, and Kenneth Ray Tucker.

She is survived by her children and spouses: Virginia (Jenny) and Christopher Duran, Lisa M. and Paul M. Baker, Lawrence V. Drossart Jr. & Harmony Edwards; her grandchildren Robert M. Duran, Mario Anthony Orsini, and Abigail Lillian Drossart.

She spent the last 20 plus years with her dear friend and companion Andrew Jeanquart (Brussels, WI). She loved putting together and planning family events and functions, bring people together around good food for joyous celebrations.

A Celebration of Life will be held on December 18, 2024, from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at Pfotenhauer Funeral Home & Cremation Services, East Town location, 2379 E. Mason St, Green Bay, WI 54302.
