John Francis Carroll, age 81, passed away peacefully on March 15, 2022, following an unexpected illness.

Born August 9, 1940, to the late Lester and Clara Carroll, John was the middle child of three siblings. He grew up in St. Joseph, Missouri.

John served in the United States Army in Korea. Following his service in the Army, he worked for General Motors and then began his career with Williamson Dickies. He was the "Dickie Man" for 39 years.

He is survived by his wife, Patricia (Leuman), of Green Bay and one brother William (Bill) Carroll of Lee's Summit, MO. John and Pat's children; David (Pam) Carroll of Silsbee, TX, Stephen (Heather) Carroll of Waterloo, IA and Stacey (Josh) McCain of Lake Lotawana,MO, Joe (Janet) Leuman, of Mendota Heights, MN, Debbie (John) Gagnon of Green Bay, Doug (Cindy) Leuman of Green Bay. Grandchildren that he leaves to cherish his memories Dustin Carroll, Nicolas Winkler, Alex Winkler, Megan Carroll, Levi McCain, Joey Leuman, Annie Leuman, Jenny Kapal, Emma Vanhefty, Nicole Neta, Randy and Danny Neta. He was preceded in death by his first wife Doris Carroll and oldest brother Joe Carroll.

John was a member of the American Legion in Wrightstown and belonged to the Green Bay men's club. He was an avid reader and history buff.
