Judith (Judy) E. Vigue, 80, entered into eternal life Saturday afternoon, September 25, 2021, at St. Vincent Hospital ICU in Green Bay. Judy was born to the late Raymond and Luella (Rollins) Sand on July 27, 1941. Judy worked as a pharmacy technician at Shopko where she retired from after 20 years. On September 1, 2018, she married Roy Vigue.

Judy enjoyed cooking, baking, gardening, playing cards with friends, knitting, and doing scratch-off lottery tickets.

Survivors include her husband, Roy; children, William (Sandy) Pickard, Cynthia (Steve) Bestul, Wayne (Lisa) Pickard, and Brian (Tami) Pickard; stepchildren, Lisa (Rick) Losse, Louis Vigue, Lisa (Charlie) Ramirez, Lori (Matt Fritz) Katz, Leanne Miranda, and Linda Semenak; sister, Nancy (Mel) Stangel; brother, James (Linda) Sand; and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, step grandchildren, step great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.

Judy is preceded in death by her parents and sister, Mary Sand.
