Judith Ann (Roosenberg) Rusk, 73, passed away on the Friday, July 7, 2023 with her loving family by her side. She was born on April 3, 1950 to the late Dr. William and Gertrude Roosenberg. Judith attended 10 years of schooling and holds a Bachelor's and three Master's degrees. On August 15, 1976, she married the love of her life, David Rusk, in Grand Rapids, MI.

After living in Michigan for 41 years, Judith and David moved to Green Bay. She was an avid gardener, enjoyed needlework, arts, music, and spending time with family. She was a strong believer in education and worked as a special education teacher before becoming a speech pathologist where she worked with all ages throughout her career.  Her favorite title in life was 'Mimi' and all who called her that meant the world to her.

Judith is survived by her husband of 46 years, David; three daughters, Jinny Jo  Rusk, Jayme Nell (Rusk) Tipple, and Jody Ann Rusk; three grandchildren, Thomas, Elizabeth, and Emma; and an extensive family of friends, cousins, nieces, nephews, siblings, in-laws and many more.
