Justine M. Topel, 59, passed away peacefully at home on September 21, 2023, with family by her side. She was born on February 23, 1964, in Green Bay to Eugene and Barbara Duffy. She graduated from Oconto High School in 1982. She went on to marry Barry Topel in January of 1986. In 2013, Justine was initially diagnosed with cancer before being in remission for 5 years. In 2018, she entered a second journey with cancer and has courageously shown her will to live for the last 5 years.

For over 30 years, Justine has been employed in the automotive industry. She worked as an office manager at Koehne Chevrolet, where she earned many friends that became more like family. She was a fan of the Packers and the Brewers but nothing could beat watching her kids and grandkids play sports. Justine and Barry loved camping – exploring local campgrounds together and making endless memories.

Justine is survived by her beloved husband of 37 years, Barry Topel; daughters, Tiffany DeBauche and Stephanie (Jacob) Piper; stepchildren, Chasidy (Dustin) TerMaat, Bret Topel, and Dustin Cota; grandchildren, Nova Piper, Brayden Tappa, and Kora TerMaat; parents, Eugene and Barbara Duffy; brothers, Randell (Diane) Duffy and Richard (Debbie) Duffy; Godchild, Mike (Emilie) Duffy and many
more family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her in-laws, Russell and Dolores Topel; grandparents, Lester and Dora Van Dreel and Edward and Iris Duffy.

A memorial visitation will be held on Friday, September 29, from 1:00 – 3:00 PM at Pfotenhauer Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Howard-Suamico location. A memorial service will immediately follow at 3:00 PM. Online condolences are welcome at www.PfotenhauerFuneralHome.com.
