Kaitlyn Elizabeth Boerboom, passed away peacefully in the arms of her family on September 19th, 2019.  While her life on earth was far too short, she captured the hearts of family and friends across the world.

Kaitlyn is the daughter of Nicole and Chad Boerboom of Green Bay.  She is survived by her big brother Owen, identical twin sister Sydney, and her dog Cooper James.

Kaitlyn's family would like to sincerely thank everyone for the love and support they have given through this difficult time.  They are at peace knowing that Kaitlyn will be with loved ones in heaven who passed before her.
