Louise M. Markin, 97, Howard, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Saturday, November 18, 2017. She was born on July 19, 1920 in Iron River, MI to the late Bernard and Ervabelle (Miller) Perry. Louise married Robert Markin and he preceded her in death in 1990.

Survivors include her daughter, Connie Stoychoff-Waldvogel; son-in-law, Don; her son, Aaron Kinney; nine grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; two step daughters, Dixie Phillips and Dianne Venn; five step great grandchildren; nephew, Tom Kniivila and his wife Louisa.

Louise was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Robert; daughter, Donna Marie Kinney; two brothers, Richard and Jerry Perry; sister, June Kniivila.

Family and friends may call at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 2561 Glendale Ave., Howard, on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 from 11 to 12:30 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial 12:30 p.m. at the church with Father Scott Valentyn officiating.
