Myra Elizabeth Valentine, 95, Suamico, passed away peacefully at home with family by her side on Sunday, March 21, 2021. She was born in Green Bay on April 23, 1925 to the late Herman and Harriet (Schmidt) Jahnke. Myra married Norbert Valentine on Oct. 2, 1943 and they celebrated 65 years together. He preceded her in death on June 20, 2008.

Survivors include her children, David (Darla) Valentine, Cheryl (Thomas) Nichols, Jill LeGare; five grandchildren, Shawn (Sharon) LeGare, Jennifer (Jason) Anschutz, David (Allie) Valentine, Jody (Brian) Nelson, Danielle (Shawn) Lorrigan; six great grandchildren, Katie, Nathan, Zachary, Aubrey, Heather, and Tasha; 5 great-great grandchildren, and lifelong friend, Sally Wright.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Norbert; parents, twin brother, Myron; sister, Ethyl Vannes; son-in-law, Jeff LeGare; and great granddaughter, Katlyne LeGare.
