Norman Blane Luetkens, 61 of De Pere, WI, passed away peacefully on November 17, 2024.

He is survived by his wife Linda, son Kyle, daughter Anastasia, his mother Nancy, and brother, Michael. Norman was born March 19, 1963, in Kenosha, WI, to Nancy (Marko) Luetkens and the late Norman E. Luetkens. He loved restoring vintage motorcycles and dirt bikes. Norman always said, "They should make a perfume that smells like 2-stroke."
