Obituary

Paul Harring, 62, Green Bay, passed away unexpectedly of natural causes on Tuesday, September 4, 2018. He was born in Green Bay on February 20, 1956 to the late John and Lillian (Deno) Harring. He graduated from Premontre High School in 1975 and attended Oklahoma State Farrier School in Sperry, OK. Paul loved horses and found employment as a farrier at stables in Kentucky, Westfield and Mystery Hills. He returned to Green Bay to help care for his elderly parents and was most recently employed by WPI in Green Bay.

Paul enjoyed bonfires with his friends, watching horse racing and wrestling and participating in the annual Duck Bowl.  He was an avid Packer and Badger fan.  He was an advocate for the wrongly incarcerated and marched annually to show his support.

Paul's siblings, Donna (Jerry) Sigl; Carolyn (Joe) Komorowski; Jim (Lynn) Harring will sadly miss their baby brother, his Godchildren, Jeneece and Bill and his 41 nieces and nephews will miss their Uncle Paul.  He will be further missed by his close, long-time friends, Denis and Kathy; his God-daughter, Rachel; Tim, Nikki & Madison; Ray & Dawn; and many other friends and family.

Paul was preceded in death by his parents and nephew, Sam Harring.

A memorial gathering will be held at Ss. Edward & Isidore Church, 3667 Flintville Road, Suamico, on Tuesday, September 11, 2018 from 4 until 5:00 p.m. Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 5:00 p.m. with Father David Hoffman officiating.  Online condolences welcome at www.PfotenhauerFuneralHome.com
