Philipp E. Meyer, 86, Green Bay, passed away peacefully on Friday, April 7, 2017. He was born in Green Bay on June 20, 1930 to the late Roland and Lucile (Neufeld) Meyer. Phil attended Carroll College where he received his degree. He married Joanne Moore raising their family in Green Bay. His second marriage was to Donna Garrity. Phil had owned many businesses personally working in each of them; Meyer Insurance; Badger Bay Printing and The Ego and Stone Lion Gift Shops. He was a very giving man and enjoyed his horses and the operation of his Mystery Hill Stables. Phil attended horse shows across the nation. Throughout his careers, he maintained and managed numerous rental properties providing housing for low income residents.

Survivors include his children, Kathy (Jim) Balza; Jeff (Jodi) Meyer; Rhonda Meyer Belongia; six grandchildren, Christopher, Greg, Jessica, Jason, Roxanna and Nikolas. Further survived by other friends and relatives and his former wife and longtime friend Donna Meyer.

Philipp was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Roxanne; grandson, Justin; stepbrother, Charley.
