Ronald "Waz" Wesoloski, 81, passed away unexpectedly at home on December 31, 2023. He was born on September 11, 1942, to the late Roman and Violet Wesoloski. Ronald served in the US Military, Army, and also worked as a firefighter for 31 years at the Green Bay Fire Department, earning the rank of Captain during his career. After retirement, he enjoyed fishing, hunting, and continuing to volunteer with the Boy Scouts. Ronald was also an avid bowler.

Ronald is survived by his loving wife of 54 years, Diane; children, Lisa (Joseph) Korban, Brian (Sarah) Wesoloski, Brett (Jenny) Wesoloski, and Carrie (Michael) Nikson; grandchildren, Emily, Hannah, Nathan, Evan, Jenna, Tyler, and Casey; brother, Gary (Debbie) Wesoloski; and sister, Nancy (Bryan) Winter.

He is preceded in death by his parents; brother, Richard Wesoloski; and sister, Janice Strzelecki.

A visitation will be held on Friday, January 5, at St. Benedict Catholic Church, 3370 Deerfield Lane, Suamico, from 10:00 – 11:00 AM. A Mass of Christian Burial will immediately follow at 11:00 AM. Ronald will be laid to rest at Ft. Howard Cemetery.
