Rose Mary T. (Hussin) Ashley, 89, Howard, passed away into eternal life on Saturday, September 24, 2016 at St. Mary's Hospital Medical Center with her family at her side. She was born on Jan. 2, 1927 to Hiram and Mary (VerVoren) Hussin in Green Bay. As a child, Rose Mary was stricken with polio and attended Howe School for her therapies. Rose Mary was a homemaker who enjoyed shopping, reading and saying the rosary for others in need. Her Catholic faith was important to her. Richard and Rose Mary also enjoyed their trailer home for over 50 years at Popp's Resort in Crivitz where they had many good times with friends.
She is survived by her husband, Richard; only daughter, Connie (Patrick) Polasik, Green Bay; two very special granddaughters, Shanie (T.J.) Williams and Erin (Andrew) Aschenbrenner; four great grandchildren, Presley (4) and Brooks (2) Aschenbrenner; Berkeley (2) and Brystal (10 days) Williams; who were so special to her and she held and cuddled them as much as she could. Further survived by two sisters, Marcella Calewarts and Sally (Ron) Treml, both of Howard; sister-in-law, Donna Ashley, Ontonagon, MI.
Rose Mary was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Ione Bukoski; in-laws, Oliver and Martha Ashley; other relatives of the Hussin and Ashley families.
