Steven John Syrjamaki, age 58 of Howard, passed away of lung cancer on Saturday June 22nd. Steve was born in Negaunee, MI, where he lived until the age of 11. At that time Steve made the transition from Yooper to Cheesehead. He graduated with the class of 1979 at Bay Port High School. He was employed with many contractors in the Green Bay area over the years. Steve loved the Green Bay Packers and enjoyed having a drink with his friends.

Steve leaves behind, His Mother Maxine (Lahti) Syrjamaki of Howard who loved him deeply; Daughter Brooke (Andy) Watters of Richland Center, His First born, who he held close to his heart; Trent of Howard/Suamico, his "Stand by you no matter what" son; Brother, Wayne (Jayne) Syrjamaki of Neenah who only wanted the best for Steve; Grandson, Calvin of Howard; One Nephew Luke (Amanda) Syrjamaki of Kaukauna and great-niece McKenna. So many friends and family will miss him.

Private family service will be held.
