Thomas A LaCombe Jr. (Tommy) born May 25, 1966, to Thomas A. LaCombe Sr. and Mary Jo Mellen (Rayome), passed away at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay on March 10, 2023.

Tommy graduated in 2016 with a Degree in Welding from NWTC, a great achievement for him. His proudest accomplishment in life though was becoming a father to his Bella and a Papa to his grandbabies. He loved them and his family unconditionally. Though Tommy fought many personal battles in life, most notably with addiction, he was the kind of guy that always had your back. As an uncle he could be found babysitting his nieces and nephews - that's how he was gifted the name, "Uncle Meanie". He often helped his parents, siblings, and anyone else with anything they needed – usually household projects. Music was a big part of his life. Hard rock was his favorite, and he shared his love for music with Bella over their song "Changes" by Ozzy and Kelly. Tommy had a big heart, and his last act of kindness in this world was to be an organ donor, exemplifying the man he was.

Tommy is survived by his father Tom (Donna) LaCombe; daughter Suzy Owen-LaCombe; three grandchildren Kyla, DeLyla, and Nickolaus; chosen daughters and grandchildren Sammie Owen-Aebischer, Malanna, Bobbie Sue Halonen, Railee and Akaya; siblings Terry Chambers, Peggy (Jim) LaCombe, Andy (Tia) LaCombe, Vicki Urbanek, Kelly Urbanek and Tim Urbanek. He is further survived by uncles Richard, Mike (Karen), Bruce (Lisa) and Roger; aunts Darlene (Gary), Mary (Jack), Peggy (Dale), Barbie (Tom), Tammy and Maureen; nieces Jessica (Anthony), Shana (M.c.), and Kiana (Zach); nephews Keith (Julie), Justin, David (Aviva), Eric (Maryssa); great nieces and nephews, cousins, and many other family and friends.

Tommy is preceded in death by his mother Mary Jo Mellen; sister Suzanne LaCombe; grandparents Ellis LaCombe, Eileen LaCombe, Ernest (Garth) Rayome, and Beatrice Rayome; uncles Joe Rayome, Butch (Sherry) LaCombe, Jack LaCombe, and Larry LaCombe; and aunt Ardy Schmitz.

There will be a celebration of life held on March 24 ^th , 2023 at Village Lanes - 3798 Velp Avenue in Green Bay, WI, 54313, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM.
