Thomas J. Raleigh, 73, passed away peacefully at home with his family by his side on November 28, 2024. He was born on February 23, 1951 to the late Lawrence and Ione Raleigh; attending St. Philip elementary and graduated from Preble High School in 1969.

Being a talented musician, Thomas played guitar and bass in a band and also owned a music store. It was at that music store that he met the love of his life, Lynda Rucks. He loved spending time with his family and adored his granddaughter. Thomas traveled the world as a road service technician.

He was a kind soul and a joker - he never lost his sense of humor. Thomas was amazing with technology; interested in the mechanics and learning as much as he could. He also enjoyed classic cars and hunting.

Thomas is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Lynda; daughter, Heather (Matthew) Lassiter and granddaughter, Raleigh; siblings, Bonita Conard, James (Henryka) Raleigh, John (Randy) Raleigh, and David (Kathy) Raleigh; and sister-in-law, Mary Raleigh. He is further survived by his mother-in-law, Ruth Rucks and Lynda's family, nieces, and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Denis (Rhonda) Raleigh and Patrick Raleigh; father-in-law, Lester Rucks and brother-in-law, Larry Conard.

A memorial gathering will be held on Friday, December 6 from 2:00 - 4:00 PM at Pfotenhauer Funeral Home & Cremation Services, East Town location, 2379 E Mason St.
