Thomas Vanark, 78, passed away on Monday, November 12, 2018 at Bishops Court with his family by his side. He was born in Ashland, WI on July 12, 1940 to the late Henry and Jane (Cournoyer) Vanark. He married Kathleen Delfosse on Feb. 16, 1963 and she preceded him in death on October 29, 2011. Tom worked at many different machine shops before ending up at Lindquist Machine as a machinist for many years up till his retirement. Dad loved fishing, boating, going up north and sitting by the campfire. Tom was an avid Brewer and Packer fan and also an EAA enthusiast. Tom and Kay loved going to Brewer games and trips to the casino.
Tom is survived by two sons Chuck Vanark (Paula Calawerts) and Greg (Kelly) Vanark; five grandchildren Michael, Marie (Joe), Kendra (Tyler), Kyle and Kegan Vanark; three great grandchildren Ava, Bailey, and Armin. He is further survived by two sisters Yvonne (Ronnie) Gegare and Janice Kastner; sister-in-law Evelyn Delfosse; brother-in-law Bud LaPlante and many nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his parents; his sister, Kathleen Vanark (Boyle); his sisters-in-law Alice Delfosse, Mary Ann LaPlante; one brother-in-law Larry Delfosse.

A special thanks to the Heartland Hospice and all the care givers at Bishops Court for the great care they gave to Dad, especially (puddles). A special thank you also to cousin Amy for visiting Dad and taking him to his last Brewer game, he loved every minute of it.
