Timothy R.
Klug
Jan 23, 1964 — Nov 22, 2022
Timothy R. Klug, 58, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on November 22, 2022. He was born on January 23, 1964, to the late Frank and Nancy Klug. Tim worked as a carpenter for over 35 years, retiring from Zeise Construction.
Tim enjoyed grilling and cooking, was always ready to host a fish fry for his friends and family. He was an avid hunter and fisherman. He enjoyed the annual Guys Pheasant Hunting trip in South Dakota for over 25 years. Tim was an avid deer hunter, spending many days in the woods near his cabin. He also enjoyed duck hunting in his younger years. Although he liked hunting, fishing was his true passion. Many wonderful days spent on the water chasing anything that would bite his hook. Tim loved his bass tournaments, participating in the Sturgeon Bay Open Bass Tournament for more than 20 years, most recently with his fishing partner and brother, Terry. He also loved fishing in Canada and the Shoreline Invitational with his daughter, Kayla. He was a stern man with a gentle touch, always ready to give a helping hand to anyone who needed. Tim lived his life and fought his battle with Leukemia with the same attitude and motto, "it is, what it is" never complaining but always grateful.
Tim is survived by the love of his life, Amy Magee-Klug; mother, Nancy; daughter, Kayla (Justin); stepchildren, Josh (Natalie), Emily (Bret), Rylee, and Maxwell; grandchildren, Laine, Luke, Tristan, Camden, Quinn, Skye, Zoey, Vera, and Alita; great-grandchild, River; brother, Terry (Tara); nephews, Brannden, Benjamen (fiancé Amanda), Beaux; uncle, Tom (Bonnie); aunt, Marcia; beloved dog, Grace; and an abundance of friends who were like family.
He is preceded in death by his father, Frank; paternal grandparents, Frank and Celeste; maternal grandparents, Roy and Alice; father and mother-in-law, Wallace and Joyce; step-son, Bradley; and cousin, Randy.
The family would like to thank Dr. Shaw, Dr. Atallah, and the numerous caregivers at Froedtert for their compassionate care.
