Obituary

Wayne Iovinella, 66, passed away on May 17, 2026, with family by his side. Wayne was born to the late Vincent and Cecelia Iovinella in Upstate New York on October 6, 1959. He married Terri Haggart on September 25, 1982, and together they had a beautiful daughter, Allyson.

Wayne was an over-the-road truck driver for Schneider and his job brought him to many states over the years. Eventually, they settled in Green Bay, WI. In 2024, Wayne was recognized for 4 Million Miles of Safe Driving. In his spare time, he enjoyed camping, boating, and going on cruises with Terri, but nothing compared to his love for spending time with his family and friends. He was known to have a nickname for everyone. He also enjoyed watching the Packers, Nascar, and above all else, was the biggest Yankees fan.

He is survived by his loving wife of 44 years, Terri Iovinella; daughter, Allyson Iovinella; grandchildren, Olivia, Ayden, and Ellie; sisters, Kathy (Michael) Bennice and Karin (Tom) Giroux; nieces, Jennifer Bennice-Iovinelli, Maria Giroux, and Sarah Giroux; and nephew, Michael Bennice.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Vincent and Cecelia Iovinella and parents-in-law, Clarance and Andrea Haggart.

A memorial gathering will be held on Saturday, May 30 from 11 AM – 12 PM with a 12 PM memorial service to follow at Pfotenhauer Funeral Homes & Cremation Services, East Town, 2379 E. Mason Street.
