William (Bill) Pierce, 82, of Shawano, Wisconsin passed away on September 22, 2018.

Bill served his country in the U.S. Air Force for twenty years.  He wore his U.S. Air Force Retired hat proudly.

He is survived by his wife, Joan.  They were high school sweethearts who reunited at their thirty-five-year Sheboygan Falls High School Reunion and spent thirty beautiful years together.

Bill and Joan blended a family of eight children.  From Colorado, Larry Pierce.  From Texas, Lori Santiago and Kathy (and Dan) Mitchell.  From Wisconsin, Char (and Dennis) DeCoster, Steve (and Cindy) Nysse, Cheryl (and Dean Gardner) Nysse, Gayle (and Paul) Voss, and Carolyn (and Kim) Heindel.  They have fourteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Bill is also survived by his brother, John Pierce, from Minnesota.

The family celebrated Bill's life in a private gathering.  He will also be honored with a military tribute in the spring.
