William R. White, 69, Howard, passed away on Tuesday, August 9, 2016. He was born in Green Bay on March 25, 1947 to the late Ronald and Genevieve (Chambers) White. Bill graduated from Bay Port High School. He served in the U.S. Navy on board the USS America (CVA-66) in air traffic control and was honorably discharged. Bill was employed as a machinist at PCMC for 42 years. He was an expert trap shooter and enjoyed motorcycle riding, NASCAR racing and spending winters in Florida.

Survivors include his sister, Gail (Mike) Muller; niece and nephew, Amanda and Robert; special friend of 30 years, Lucy Greening; uncles, Jim (Mona) White; Patrick Chambers.

William was preceded in death by his parents and numerous aunts and uncles.
